Traveling to Montréal
Traveling tips for Congress:
- To ensure flight, train, or car rental availability, plan your travel well in advance. We recommend that you book your travel a minimum of 2 months prior to your anticipated arrival or immediately after registering for Congress.
- Take into account distance, time, budget and your comfort needs when choosing your travel method.
- When booking, give yourself enough time prior to your Congress activities to settle in to your accommodations and, if applicable, recuperate from jet lag.
- If you have children, make sure to plan for their care while you are in sessions. Child care services are available by an outside provider close to campus.
- Don't forget to use the promotional codes for the different providers to take advantage of special rates. These promotional codes can be found below.
- If registering on site, it is advised that you make time to register a day prior to your meeting dates. Keep this in mind when planning your travel.
